The sourdough process is simple and enduring, and these tools were made to match. Our Sourdough Essentials have what you need to get started and to keep going: a freeze-dried starter, two sturdy glass Weck jars, a custom wooden spatula, and step-by-step instructions.

The starter (we call her Willa) comes from our farm kitchen and has been fed and cared for over the years until strong enough to share. The jars make feeding and storing easy, and the spatula was designed just for stirring and scraping sourdough.

It’s a thoughtful foundation, put together so you don’t have to hunt things down or wonder if you’ve got the right tools. You’ll be ready to feed, grow, and bake straight away.
