Return Process

Take clear photographs of any damaged packaging or product quality concerns to help our farm team understand what went wrong.

Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos of your items within the one-week reporting window.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once your claim is reviewed, we will issue a replacement or a store credit to ensure you receive the quality experience we promise.
